Now add rock salt according to your taste and saute them, then put some water and broken wheat (Dalia) into it, you can replace the broken wheat with millets or oats. After a while, add some chopped tomatoes, a pinch of black paper, and asafoetida. Now add soaked black chana(keep it to soak for at least 8 hours before the day of cooking) and water, mix it thoroughly. Keep it on a medium flame for 20–25 minutes. Your black chana curry is ready to serve. You can replace this chana curry with Rajma or paneer.

Lassi recipe:-

Now, add this tadka to your boiled daal, which you’ve already kept for boiling, mix the tadka thoroughly in your boiled daal, your daal will be ready.

Paneer curry ingredients:-

  • Mustard oil
  • Cumin seeds.
  • Ginger
  • Chopped onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Rock salt
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • 70–80gm paneer (cottage cheese)

Add some mustard oil, cumin seeds, ginger, chopped onion, curry leaves, rock salt, turmeric, and black pepper into your kadhai, saute them properly. Now, add some chopped tomatoes and paneer into it, mix them all thoroughly. Let it cook for 5–10 minutes on a low flame. Your panner curry is ready.
